A good pure duck creton embellished with Espelette pepper. A little spicy, but not too strong, just enough balanced. Made using an artisanal method, this creton recipe is 100% farmhouse and traditional duck.
Directions and storage: Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve cold. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. Can be stored for 3–6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Recommended accompaniments: Our creton is perfect to accompany your brunches. Spread on a good toast or on dried cranberry crackers. It can be served with onion confit, fruit jelly or jam, fresh figs and pears.
Tasting tip: Spread a little mustard on sliced country loaf and add the creton on top.
