Here is our 100 % duck version of the famous chili con carne. This reinvented stew is strongly inspired by familial traditions, with the addition of a small dose of dark chocolate. A tasty mix of ground duck, slowly cooked with beans, tomatoes, and spices, that will delight chili lovers.
Recommended accompaniments : Much like chili con carne, it can be enjoyed with tortilla chips or aromatic rice, not to mention sour cream and chopped cilantro.
