A true tribute to duck, this premium 100% duck terrine is prepared on the farm using exceptional ingredients and traditional craftsmanship.
We carefully select beautiful duck magrets from our own farm, combined with generous pieces of duck foie gras to create a rich, delicate and indulgent texture. The recipe is enhanced with green pepper from Madagascar, renowned for its fresh, slightly spicy and elegant aroma, which elevates the finesse of the duck without overpowering its natural richness.
Prepared in small batches and slowly cooked, this terrine develops remarkable depth of flavour and a generous texture that will delight lovers of fine charcuterie.

Serving & Storage
Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours before serving.
Serve cold.
Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part.
Once opened, the product will keep for 3 to 6 days in the refrigerator.
