This is a preparation of 100% natural foie gras and seasoning. Developed according to an artisanal method, with the utmost care, our block of foie gras is imbueb with character and tradition which will delight all gourmets !
Directions and storage : Refrigerate for three hours before tasting. Temper 15-20 minutes before opening the can to make it easier to unmold. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. Stores for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Recommended accompaniments : Our plain foie gras can be enjoyed with a gingerbread or a slice of toasted bread. You can add Salt flower, along with some onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs and pears.
Wines and spirits : Champagne, liqueur white wine like a Sauternes and ice cider. Our favourite is the Ice Poiré from the Domaines des Salamandres in Hemmingford.
