Prepared on the farm in small batches, it is crafted from beautiful cuts of duck magret raised on our farm, combined with generous pieces of duck foie gras that bring a rich, delicate and indulgent texture. A touch of Armagnac adds warm and elegant aromas that enhance the finesse of the duck without overpowering its natural character.
Slowly cooked to develop the full depth of its flavors, this terrine offers a remarkable balance of richness, authenticity and refinement.

Serving & Storage
Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours before serving.
Serve cold.
Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part.
Once opened, the product will keep for 3 to 6 days in the refrigerator.
