Duck Terrine – FIG and BALSAMIC
Inspired by our farm know-how, our duck terrine with fig nuggets and white balsamic vinegar is cooked on the farm in small vintages, with simplicity and respect for the ingredients.
We select beautiful pieces of duck raised in our country, to which Quebec pork is added to bring a balanced and melting texture. The preparation is spiced up with onions, garlic and a delicately dosed spice blend.
Delicate fig nuggets bring a fruity and slightly sweet touch, while a drizzle of white balsamic vinegar balances the whole with a subtly tangy and elegant note. This combination highlights the richness of the duck while bringing a beautiful aromatic complexity.
The terrine is then cooked slowly in order to develop all the richness of its flavors and obtain a generous and tasty texture.
A gourmet and refined terrine, where the sweetness of fig and the finesse of white balsamic harmoniously accompany the character of the duck.
Serving & Storage
Refrigerate for about 2 hours before eating.
Serve cold.
Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part.
Keeps for 3 to 6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
