Duck Terrine – With Blueberries
Inspired by our farm know-how, our duck terrine with blueberries is cooked on the farm in small batches, with simplicity and respect for the ingredients.
We select beautiful pieces of duck raised in our country, to which Quebec pork is added to bring a balanced and melting texture. The preparation is spiced up with onions, garlic and a delicately dosed spice blend that enhances the taste of the duck.
Blueberries bring a fruity and slightly sweet touch, reminiscent of the emblematic flavours of the Quebec terroir. Their sweetness blends perfectly with the richness of the duck and brings a gourmet and refined note to this terrine.
The terrine is then slowly cooked to develop the full richness of its aromas and achieve a generous, flavourful texture.
An original and elegant terrine, where the freshness of the blueberry delicately underlines the character of the duck.
Raised and cooked on the farm, in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges.
Serving & Storage
Refrigerate for about 2 hours before eating.
Serve cold.
Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part.
Keeps for 3 to 6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
