Duck Terrine – With Boreal Spices
Inspired by our farmhouse know-how, our duck terrine with boreal spices is prepared right on the farm in small batches, with simplicity and respect for the ingredients.
We select beautiful pieces of duck raised in our country, to which Quebec pork is added to bring a balanced and melting texture. The preparation is spiced up with onions, garlic and a carefully dosed boreal spice blend, which brings a unique aromatic touch reminiscent of the scents of the Nordic forest, while leaving room for the taste of duck.
The terrine is then slowly cooked to develop the full richness of its aromas and achieve a generous, flavourful texture.
An original and warm terrine, which combines the tradition of fine charcuterie with the distinctive flavours of our region.

Serving & Storage
Refrigerate for about 2 hours before eating.
Serve cold.
Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part.
Keeps for 3 to 6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
