DUO TERROIR – Apple & Brandy Duck Terrines with Boreal Spices
Discover a refined duo of duck terrines, designed for lovers of gourmet flavours and moments of sharing around a good wine and a cheese platter.
This box brings together two recipes with distinctive characters: a duck terrine with apple and brandy, where the sweetness of the fruit and the warm notes of the brandy bring an elegant and gourmet touch, as well as a duck terrine with boreal spices, inspired by the scents of the northern forest and the Quebec terroir.
Prepared on the farm in small batches, our terrines are made from duck meat from our farm, combined with carefully selected ingredients. Each recipe is cooked slowly in order to develop all the richness of its aromas and to offer a generous and tasty texture.
A gourmet and original box, perfect for wine and cheese evenings, aperitif platters or as a hostess gift for epicureans.
Raised and cooked on the farm, in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges.
Serving & Storage
Refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours before eating.
Serve cold.
Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part.
Once opened, the product will keep for 3 to 6 days in the refrigerator.
