Duck TERRINE – Classic
Inspired by our farmhouse know-how, our classic duck terrine is prepared right on the farm in small batches, with simplicity and respect for the ingredients.
We select beautiful cuts of duck raised on our farm, combined with Quebec pork to create a balanced, tender texture. The preparation is enhanced with onions, garlic, and a carefully measured blend of spices that highlights the flavour of the duck without overpowering it.
The terrine is then slowly cooked to develop the full richness of its aromas and achieve a generous, flavourful texture.
A timeless classic of fine charcuterie, authentic, convivial, and delicious.

Serving & Storage
Refrigerate for about 2 hours before eating.
Serve cold.
Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part.
Keeps for 3 to 6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
